License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app. Redistribution or commercial use without written permission from Blindra B.V. is prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within PD: Pulse Deck are owned by Blindra B.V. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Blindra B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
Termination
Your license to use PD: Pulse Deck terminates automatically if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the app.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
